Sept. 16th, 2016: Lebanese Diaspora Energy (LDE) Conference

As a follow up to the annual event in Lebanon, under the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Lebanese Consul General Majdi Ramadan, the first ever regional Lebanese Diaspora Energy Conference was held in New York on September 16^th, 2016. The LDE Conference is a unique event that celebrates the success stories of influential Lebanese figures across all industries.

LebNet played a prominent role in the event, with five (out of seven total) LebNet members participating in the Panel for Startups and Entrepreneurship.

These members were George Akiki, Habib Kairouz, Magid Abraham, Rabih Nassar, Tarek Fadel, Mike Ahmar, and Paul Boulos.

It was an honor to be a part of such a significant and successful event that only further highlighted the power of the LebNet footprint.
